What is the difference between Minecraft Java and Bedrock?
Minecraft currently has two different versions of the game. Minecraft for PC was written in Java and is now called Minecraft: Java Edition, mainly for PC. This is the most common plan on our services and has the best support for mods, plugins and customization. Minecraft: Bedrock Edition was formerly Minecraft MCPE and built on C++. It is used for the Windows 10 edition, Xbox, mobile, and more!
Can Cracked Minecraft launchers (e.g. Tlauncher) join our server?
Head to Control Panel -> Manage -> File Management -> edit server.properties -> set online-mode to false if you’re joining with Cracked Minecraft! (Tlauncher, etc) Do remember to restart your server for it to take effect.
Why when I join my server , it says “Failed to verify username!”?
It is because you’re using a cracked account, and your server needs a premium account to join. Kindly refer to “Can Cracked Minecraft join our server?”

How to manually backup my world?
Can I Upgrade/Downgrade my server after ordering? How does it work?
Don’t hesitate to contact us on ShopeeChat/Ticket Support if you want to Upgrade Now / Downgrade for next month. The upgrade will be instant, and the downgrade will start next month. Your server IP and all of the files will stay the same. The only things that will increase/decrease are CPU, RAM, I/O limit, network resources allocations, and much more. Please restart your server for the changes to take effect.
Why can’t connect to my server?
Make sure your server has been started, and it is online in the server control panel. Additionally, do note to include the port of your server IP address. This is a set of numbers that looks similar to 25566
Can I use any mods or server types I want?
Yes! We support all types of servers, modpacks, and plugins! For server type, inform us, and we will change it for you!
When will my server be ready?
Your service will be set up within 48 hours.
What server version do you guys support?
Other than the latest version, we support all kinds of versions!
Can I use plugins?
Yes, We provide full access to your server so you can add and remove plugins. You can use File Management in our Control Panel to make things quick and easy.
How much disk space is available on my server?
Unlimited. You can use as much space as you need for your server if you comply with our fair use policy. Essentially – you can use as much space as you need for your service as long as it’s related to your service (you are not allowed to store movies, music, etc).
